The pack is awesome. It is really well designed with attention to detail. I was worried about it being too heavy and possibly too large. It is really impressive on both fronts. The material used is very light and the bag is the perfect size, just large enough. I can't wait to try it out on my vacation to Greece next Saturday. There should be plenty of sun to charge my phone

I very much like the clips on the side at the top. They are a bit annoying when you want to open the bag, but it is worth it. Such clips would have avoided an incident a few years back: a friend had packed a bag with a big watermelon and he left the zipper opening at the top. The weight of the melon pulled the zipper open and while I was walking beside an outdoor cafe full of people, the melon fell out onto the pavement making a big splash
