Return of Goods under Warranty

What qualifies for return?

Right to Return Merchandise

For products not requiring customization, you have the Right to Return Merchandise at any time up to the end of 30 days after you receive the products. For products customized to your specifications, we cannot accept cancellations on orders once the production process has begun. Warranty Returns

We accept warranty returns for up to two (2) years from the delivery date in the event of defects in materials or workmanship. Please visit the Warranty section in our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

Wrong Deliveries

If this should happen, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. Of course, we will correct the problem without any cost to you. Please return the unused product as soon as possible.

Warranty Returns Process

Step 1 - Contact Us

Get in touch with us so that we can discuss the most efficient way to handle the return. Our preferred means of communication is via email at returns [at] seizpacks [dot] com. Alternatively, you can contact us via regular mail at the following address. Please make sure to include the order number and the delivery date. We will then issue a return authorization number in order to manage the subsequent steps.

Step 2 - Return It

The return shipping address varies in relation to the product being returned and will be provided along with your return authorization number.

Please Note: We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the event that no deficiencies or defects are found.

Please send the product to us in clean condition with postage prepaid and be sure to include:
- the return authorization number
- any related accessories and/or user manuals
- a copy of the invoice
- a detailed description of the problem
- your current contact information
Please do not include any other items in the return shipment, as we cannot accept liability for such items or guarantee that they will be returned to you.

You are responsible for ensuring the safe transport of returned items. To avoid damage during transport, please return the merchandise in its original packaging whenever possible. Step 3 - Choose Your Preferred Resolution

After determining the problem, we will give you the options of a refund, replacement or repair of the product, along with an estimate of any related charges. Once we have obtained your approval and any corresponding payments, we will proceed with your request.
